Agastache 'Pink Pop' is a compact, bushy perennial with aromatic grey-green leaves and upright spikes of small tubular pink flowers from summer well into early autumn.
The stems are well-branched, the foliage is coarsely toother and spicy-scented, and the flowers themselves carry a faint spice — making them unusual and delicious as a garnish in salads.
It thrives in average, well-drained soil and full sun, tolerates heat and drought once established, but will not forgive heavy clay or waterlogged ground — especially in winter.
