How much does shipping cost?
Delivery within France starts at €6. For Europe (EU, Switzerland, UK), shipping is €15. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm your order — no surprises.
How are the plants packed?
Every plant is carefully packed with protective materials to keep the rootball intact and the plant safe in transit. We take real care to make sure it arrives healthy and ready to grow.
Which courier do you use?
We ship via Colissimo (La Poste) with full tracking included. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
When will my order be sent?
We dispatch every Wednesday — deliberately, so your plants don't spend a weekend sitting in a depot. Order by Tuesday evening to be included in that week's dispatch.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Not at the moment — phytosanitary regulations make exporting live plants outside the EU very complex. We're focused on France and Europe to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition.

What size are the plants?
Most of the live plants that we ship are sold in 9x9cm pots. We have larger specimens of each variety so please don't hesitate to inquire if you have specific needs!
When will I get my order?
We expedite every Wednesday afternoon. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are the plants sourced and grown?
Our plants are sourced responsibly from local seed banks, grown without phytosanitary products, under the open air - subject to periods of drought, frost and torrential rain. We take the time to ensure that every plant is acclimated to our region so that their chances of transitioning to your garden are high.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
